We are happy to announce the Winter Meeting of the Baptist Missionary and Educational State Convention of Louisiana, Incorporated which is slated for February 19, 2024 at 7 PM. We will convene at the East Point Mount Zion Baptist Church located at 2570 Highway 71, Coushatta, Louisiana 71019 where the Reverend Tommy R. Eason is the pastor.

During this meeting, we will discuss the July election for president. If you are interested in running for said office you must submit a letter of intent on or before this meeting to Dr. Marvin Vaught. 

Our focus this evening will be theological education. Thus, we have invited the faculty and students of the United Baptist Theological Seminary to be our guest. The speaker will be the Reverend Dr. Elbert Demery, pastor of the Evergreen Baptist Church in St. Maurice, Louisiana.

We are also asking that each church have at least five delegates present. Your presence and participation would be greatly appreciated.
